That's Keian KI5IGV in his grandpa's studio G (N5KND garage shack) cleaning and recapping a Drake T-4x VTR. Keian has coined a new term VTR (Vintage Tube Radio) He said the term boat anchor doesn't work for him since they don't work when wet. :) Nice work Keian!
